Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Please contact support@onhealthway.com before sending any item back.

Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Health and hygiene items
For hygiene and health-support products, returns may be restricted when an item has been opened, worn, or used, where permitted by applicable law.

How to begin
Email support@onhealthway.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is approved, we will provide the next steps. Please do not send items back without instructions.

Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
